Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of mach1design.com (the “Site”), operated by Mach 1 Design, Inc. (“Mach 1 Design,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

These Terms cover use of the Site only. Marketing services we provide to clients are governed by separate written service agreements, and if there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls.

Use of the site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its server, or connected systems
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Scrape, harvest, or copy Site content or data by automated means without our written permission

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, logos, and layout — are owned by Mach 1 Design or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Client names, logos, and marks shown on the Site belong to their respective owners and appear with permission. You may view and print Site content for your own informational use, but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from it without our written consent.

Case studies, testimonials, and results

The case studies, statistics, and testimonials on the Site describe real results achieved for specific clients under specific circumstances. They are provided as examples, not promises. Digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors — including market competition, budget, practice area, and timing — and past results do not guarantee that your business will achieve the same or similar results.

It does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice, and it does not create a client relationship of any kind. Proposals and inquiries

To the extent any liability is found despite the foregoing, our total aggregate liability relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mach 1 Design from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
